Investments are another area of Our business in which We are constantly looking for new opportunities to invest capital. We have our own development projects (apartments 23% VAT ) located mainly at the seaside in popular tourist resorts, and we participate as owner, co-owner or partner in multi-residential development projects (8% VAT) and logistics projects in large Polish cities. We also cooperate with domestic and mainly foreign funds interested in purchasing packages of apartments for rent (PRS) and warehouse space.
