Intermodal Logistics Center Babimost, is a complex logistics and production investment located on a land area of 10.71 hectares in total. The investment is intermodal in nature, which means a combination of as many as 3 logistical options for the transport of goods in one location, and they are: overland via road transport (TIR), rail via its own siding and transshipment platform, and by air via the adjacent Zielone Gora Airport.
The first phase of the investment will include two modern warehouse and production halls with a total area of 19,200 sqm. Tenants will have at their exclusive disposal their own railroad siding with a total length of more than 2.5 km, connected in Babimost with the nationwide network, as well as a transshipment terminal of nearly 3,300 sqm dedicated to the transshipment of intermodal transport units - containers, with the possibility of enlarging the platform to suit the needs of the tenant.
Babimost is a town located in the western part of Poland, very well connected - the distance to the S3 expressway (Sulechów interchange) is only 20 km and 25 km to the A2 highway (Trzciel interchange or 30 km to Jordanowo S3/A2 interchange). The property is located in the Kostrzyn-Slubice Special Economic Zone (https://www.kssse.pl), which is home to a multitude of manufacturing companies. There are the two largest IKEA factories in Europe (IKEA Babimost and IKEA Zbąszynek - track connection) within just a few kilometers radius from the Intermodal Logistic Center.
