We would like to humbly boast of Our newest and 100% own investment in Jastrzebia Gora, on the farthest plot of land to the north of Poland - no further on land is possible….
The investment, is a modern, 5-story apartment building, located in the first line of the coast on the cliff itself with 188 apartments with an average size of 40.5 sqm, recreation area, underground parking, technical facilities, spectacular sea views and descent from the cliff to the beaches.
Our property, is 15 thousand square meters of land, located on the Jastrzebski Cliff, the highest cliff on the Baltic coast, which reaches a height of 33 meters, and this makes every sunset from this point, a memorable and unique view breathtaking.
